El hotel dispone de un solo régimen de alojamiento, el TI (todo incluído).
Está dividido en cuatro bloques distribuídos a lo largo, y no a lo alto, y villas (en la parte baja del hotel).
Al final del hotel, hay una puerta por la que accedes a un camino que te llevará primero hasta una playita al final del barranco y luego al otro lado del pueblo de Playa Paraíso (zona con hoteles, edificios de apartamentos, tiendas).
Hall: Es muy amplio con su recepción (personal muy amable en ella), varias mesas de Touroperadores, varias tiendas pequeñas de ropa, complementos y minimarket, peluquería.
Se baja por unas escaleras o en ascensor y llegas a otra zona amplia donde están el Bar Atrio, zona de Animación y el Salón de juego y televisión.
Bar piscina: Bastante amplio y con terraza grande.
Ahí dispones de snack y bebidas varias.
Restaurante Gomera: El buffet, con comida y postres varios.
Tiene dos alturas y es bastante amplio.
Aquí tengo que decir que les faltan indicaciones de muchas de las comidas y postres.
Teatro-Bar: Es un salón amplio donde hacen los espectáculos por las noches.
Se accede a él por el Bloque A.
Mini club: Grande para que jueguen los niños. Los animadores hacen juegos con ellos para que se entretengan y los padres puedan estar un poquito más tranquilos.
Piscinas: Dos grandes de adultos con amplia zona para tomar el sol y bastantes hamacas (aunque se supone que no se deben reservar, recomiendo hacerlo temprano) y una pequeña para niños.
Servicio de toallas: Al hacer el check-in te dan una tarjeta para canjearla por una toalla que puedes cambiar las veces que quieras.
Al hacer el check-out debes devolver la tarjeta.
Gimnasio: Gratuíto para los huéspedes del hotel con distintos aparatos.
Parque infantil: Zona habilitada en la parte baja del hotel con juegos infantiles.
Restaurante temático: Hay que hacer la reserva el día antes en la recepción del hotel.
Unos días es chino y otros italiano.
El hotel dispone de un servicio gratuíto de guagua hasta Playa de Las Américas.
Horario: Salida: 10, 11 y 12:30
Regreso: 15:30, 17:30 y 18:15
Internet: El hotel dispone de una zona donde hay 10 ordenadores.
Es de pago --- 1€ : 16 minutos.
2€ : 32 minutos.
Habitación doble: Baño (completo con bañera, wc, lavabo, espejo grande, secador y ducha) y aseo (con wc, lavabo y espejo).
Salón con una nevera pequeña, un sofá un mueble con televisión y una cama plegable.
Balcón amplio con mesa con cuatro sillas y dos hamacas. Se puede acceder a él desde el salón o desde la habitación.
Habitación con dos camas unidas, mesillas de noche, armario y caja fuerte.
Horarios de Restaurantes y bares:
Desayuno -- 8:00 a 10:30 (Rest. La Gomera)
Desayuno Continental -- 10:30 a 12:00 (Bar Piscina)
Bar Piscina -- Bebidas: 10:30 a 23:00
Snack: 12:30 a 17:00
Pastelería: 15:30 a 17:00
Almuerzo -- 13:00 a 15:00 (Rest. La Gomera)
Cena -- 18:30 a 21:30 (Rest. La Gomera)
Cena -- 18:30 ó 20:30 (Rest. Temático)
Lobby Bar Atrio -- 18:00 a 24:00 (Hall)
Bar Salón -- 20:00 a 24:00
